Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Real Estate Specialist, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of real estate. Through hands-on experience and training, you will learn to locate, identify and capitalize on lucrative opportunities in the distressed real estate sector, help distressed home sellers that need to sell properties, market for clients active in real estate renovations, rentals, and builds, and underwrite and negotiate quick paced and exciting real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Analyzing properties for their potential, including value underwriting, renovation estimation, and evaluation of the overall property financials
- Marketing for properties and clients via social media, print media, outbound calls, “bootstrap” marketing, etc.
- Negotiate and fill out contracts
- Collaborate with team members and work independently to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and metrics
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, clients and all applicable parties in regards to properties and transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to perform and stick to goals and sales metric requirements
- Desire to work in sales, marketing, business, and real estate
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
